I talked to Lance!

I'll get to the main topic, but first about Swine Flu. The first time I heard about it was when people in Cibolo were getting sick, so they closed down the entire Schertz-Cibolo school district (which is about 15 minutes away from mine). My school had been closed since Tuesday evening, so I had off Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this past week, but the school closed down until May 11, so I'm going to have all of next week off also. Fun, right? Yeah, right. I've just been sitting at home all day doing absolutely nothing. We aren't allowed to go anywhere because they don't want us to defeat the purpose of the schools closing. Whatever. Screw you, pigs.

So I was home alone all through the week, until when my grandma and grandpa dropped me off at my mom's work so that I could be with her this weekend. It was fun being there, she works in an office area where there are the cool-lookin' cubicles and I got to meet all of her friends. (I feel like I kept on blushing because they kept on commenting on how pretty they think I am.) But apparently they weren't allowed to have kids at her work, so I only had to wait there until she finished up whatever she was doing and then we were on our way. When we got out, her husband called her (He had lost his credit card. Jackass.) and was in a pissy mood and she hung up on him. So we went to the store, where he called her again and tried yelling at her because we weren't home yet but she hung up on him.

When we got to the house, he was there with his friend, Nacho, and they were out on the back porch drinking. He was already in a pissy mood, but we thought he was just being the regular asshole that he is. We were going to go see my cousin, because she had been having some problems, so we (me, my mom, her husband and Nacho) got in the car and left. He started being an asshole, cussing and yelling at my mom and me, and Nacho even knew that we were pissed and just tried to stay out of it. I got so mad at him, I was even yelling at him, then he would go on some rant that only consisted of all of his insecurities. He kept on yelling at my mom to let her out of the car, and she stopped at every light, but he tried to pretend that he couldn't get the car door open, at one point yelling, "Great! Now I'm trapped in here! You've got me trapped! This is JUST great!" Asshole.
When we got to my cousins, I went inside and I just hung out with Roberta and told her what happened and feeling a little better that I had talked about it. We got there around maybe 7 or so, and just did little things to occupy ourselves. Now, we didn't leave until around midnight, if not later, so around 9 I called a friend of mine who I hadn't spoken to in a while, but he didn't answer. My reaction to that was, in a monotone, "Aww dang." But I got lucky, and he called me back at arounf 11. I had a really good time talking to him, and it was nice to catch up. We talked about random things like, meat germs, measuring yourself, getting teeth removed (My surgery's currently scheduled for June 3, by the way.), and how much of a whale I am. I really enjoyed it. We would have talked longer than we did, but it was time for us to leave.
Once we got outside, her husband started yelling, "UNLOCK THE FUCKING CAR." and I got pissed right away. That asshole ruined my good mood from my phone conversation, and that's kinda hard to do. I started yelling back at him, and he tried to scare me, bumping his chest up. I went right up to him, yelled in his face, and pushed him. (He doesn't scare me, he's only around 5'7 (No offense to the small people out there.) and has maybe 4 braincells, none of which are useable.) Then we got into the car, and he kept on yelling at us, but I don't remember what he was saying. I yelled back, and he yelled back, and it went back and forth for not even a minute at which point my mom yelled at him, "Get out of my fucking car." and he replied with, "I will." but since he didn't do anything she yelled at him again and he screamed, "When you take me to my fucking truck, bitch." It's not even really his, his brother gave it to him. Then my mom put the car in reverse to go back to the house, and told him she was calling the police. He's so stupid that he said "Ok call them, I'm gonna embarrass you." Yeah, because we care enough, right?
Nacho then got out of the car, mumbled something to himself in spanish, and calmly walked out. I then followed, saying, "I can't stay in the car with him, he's disgusting." (Which he is.), and slamming the door behing me. I walked inside, so far beyond pissed off that I was crying. I have NEVER been that angry before. I walked inside to talk to Roberta (My cousin.), and maybe thirty seconds into the conversation my mom came in and told us that he had gotten out of the car.
On the way there, I had my iPod on low, trying to understand what I could of Nacho's spanish. When she had the chance to tell me what he was saying, she told me that Nacho told her that they had been drinking every day (She hasn't been allowing alcohol in the house for the past 2 or 3 months.) since arounf 3 in the afternoon. My uncle was going to go drop her husband off at the house, and she was pissed. After we dropped Nacho off, my mom told me she was going to call the cops, because the same thing had happened before and she didn't want to have to deal with him. The frighteningly tall police man (Well, not frighteningly, but around 6'6 or so. I have tall friends.) got to the house and all my mom wanted to do was to have them there so that it would be safe to get our things (My things were still packed for the weekend in my backpack, but she had to get some of hers.) and leave to stay at my house. We got our stuff and left. That was it. She's getting a divorce. I didn't get home until 1:40 in the morning.
This morning when we were in the car to go get her medicine, she was talking to his daughter on the phone, and apparently it looked like he was gonna go after me. (Of all the people to go after, choose the 13-year-old. Smart. I actually wish he had, so that I would be able to put him in jail. Worth it) When she went inside, she came back out looking pissed. She told me that he was sitting on the couch just watching T.V, the house trashed, and the cats quiet and trying to stay away from him. Today, she called my uncle to go with us to help out get more of her things and get the animals out of there whenever he gets here. She doesn't know what his plans are to do, but since she doesn't think that she could pay all the bills by herself, she's going to be looking for houses or whatever online and then we'll go look at them sometime later.

I'm tired.
