Woah.

Wow.
It's really been THIS long.
High School beats the shit out of people...
Here goes...

1st Period. Biology.
Mrs. Ortiz. She's really nice, and I have some close friends in this class. Nothing exciting. I love science, but this stuff is pretty lame.
2nd period. English.
Mrs. Whittaker. She hates me with a passion. I hate this class. I pretty much only have Sarah in here, Bailey and I have kinds drifted apart.
3rd Period. Art.
Mrs. Legg. She was also one of my teachers in 7th grade, and she's great. Kind of a pushover, but nothing too bad. This is the class that I had to make ALL new friends in, and I'm definately thankful for all those moves - they prepared me.
4th Period. World Geography.
Ms. Martinka. GREAT class. She's my favorite teacher. I knew some people, but I've gotten alot closer to them since school's started.
5th Period. Spanish II.
Coach De La Cerda. Ehhhh. Not a bad class, I just don't like it... Had to make new friends in here, too. I pretty much hate spanish now.
6th Period. Geometry.
My teacher, Mrs. Skrhak (SKIR-hawk), is preggo. She was put on bedrest last month, so we have a permanent sub, Mr. McLane. I knew one person, and kinda clung on for support.
7th Period. Drill Team.
Captain Pike, I guess. Great class. I always look forward to the end of the day. I've gained muscle, along with tons of great friends.

Socially, life is great. I have my friends (Chris, Ashley, Christin, Kianna, Jessica, Katie, Trevor, Jessica, Janie, Kat, Westley, Robert, Ashley, Itzel, Ashley, Preuss, Seaman, Pease, Gardner, Guzman, Martin, Ballast, Ham, and Chase to name some), and I can't complain. I now have a boyfriend, Daniel, and he's really the best.

It's probably past midnight, and I'm exhausted...

August killers.

Soooooo.
I'm not even gonna apologise anymore, I'll just get right into it.

Green day was AMAZING. As was Franz Ferdinand. I had never heard Franz Ferdinand before, but they were great live so I'm a huge fan now. I wanted to post pictures, but we weren't allowed to take camera's inside. I had seen a sign saying all kinds of stuff that weren't allowed, and the two things that I payed attention to were, "NO STUDDED BELTS. NO CAMERA'S." and so forth. So, I had my mom come back and pick up my camera. Then when she got there, I decided that it would be best if I also gave her my belt. Well, thirty seconds later I found out that I could have kept my best, and my pants were falling. I tied two Whataburger straws together for the concert.

I did paint my room, but I haven't taken any pictures. I don't really plan on it, but if I get bored I will.

I had my party. It wasn't as exciting as I had hoped, but it was really fun. I got TWO AMAZING HAMSTERS NAMED CHARLIE AND CHESTER (from Mom), a Cobra Starship CD (Bailey), 2 iTunes gift cards (JJ and Tori), money (Vanessa), a Joker shirt (Justin), hamster cage add-ons(Mikey), and an outfit from my grandparents. We spent an hour or so outside on the blow-up water slide thingy, then we came in and hung out for a while, then we played hide-and-seek (in pairs) using the whole neighborhood. Fun.

Corpus wasn't amazing, but it was fun. I'll post pics at some point, I just haven't had any time until now to just do this, none the less upload the pictures.

I had my first day of high school today. I got all the classes I wanted. So far, this is what I think;
  1. Biology - Mrs. Ortiz. I think with the other students in the class it'll be a pretty good year, though I think Mrs. Ortiz is gonna be strict.
  2. English - Mrs. Whittaker. I'm not a big fan of the students, but I'm sure the teacher is a push-over. I hope not. I don't like the kids.
  3. Art - Mrs. Legg. I had her for 1/4 of a semester in 7th grade, total push-over. There's alot of upperclassmen in that class. A good chunk is Senoirs, there's 4 Freshman, and the rest are mostly Sophmores.
  4. World Geography - Ms. Martinka. I can't tell yet, she seems really nice, and that may end up being my most at-ease class this year.
  5. Spanish II - Mr. DeLaCerda. Kinda like Art, lots of upperclassmen. There's also alot of hot guys. I'm gonna die when presentations come up.
  6. Geometry - Mrs. Skrhak (skir-HAWK). She's really nice, but in a class of around 22, There's maybe 2 other Freshmen, and I'm not friends with them. Not too exciting. The only person I've ever been friends with in that class is Itzel, a Sophmore, who I haven't seen since I was in 7th grade.
  7. Military Science Drill Team - Sargeant Weston. I love it. For now, at least. I love the people and the concept. Very fun, but still challenging.

We aren't going to Aunt Belinda's as planned, because her sister has cancer, so they're gonna go out there and spend time with her. Maybe we'll go in a few weeks.

I'm gonna start wrapping up the computer, do my hair, and get to bed.

This past weekend.

OK, so I'm not blogging as much as I really should.
Here's pretty much why;

  • It's summer.
  • I don't have a job.
  • I don't have a car. (Nor can I drive.)
  • I'm traveling to not-so-important places that aren't blog-worthy.
  • All of the fun stuff seems to be packed into August.

Here's what I hereby state what will be blogged about;

  • Green Day Concert. (9th)
  • (Most likely I'll) Paint my room. (week of the 10th)
  • My Birthday with friends/my mom's family. (14th)
  • My birthday with my dad's family, which includes a trip to the beach. (15th-19th)
  • My first day of High School. (24th)
  • Visiting Aunt Belinda over her birthday weekend, whom I haven't seen in 3 years. (weekend of the 29th)
I promise!

I was with mom this weekend, and Roberta (my cousin) was over for Friday and Saturday. Friday wasn't too eventful, we went to the mall but it wasn't anything exciting other than that. I threw a shoe at her husband's face. Saturday I got a new phone. I went from the LG Rumor to a Samsung Exclaim. Pretty exciting.
We also dropped Roberta off that afternoon. Then yesterday evening I wanted to play Pictionary again, so I called JJ and we went and picked him up from NB and went back on to mom's place. We played a game of Pictionary (which JJ and I kicked ass at, of course) and started playing Call of Duty. I hadn't ever played it before, but I had alot of fun killing Nazi Zombies. Also, after playing with her husband a few times and having switched off, JJ informed me that even though it was my first time playing, I was better. Then we started playing some other game. JJ sucked. It was fun.
Then today I was dropped off here.

Summer

Summer hasn't been too exciting, but I've been having fun getting to see the babies so much more often.

Just got back into NB for the second two-week interval here.

I haven't seen any friends yet.

Band practice later with JJ.

Whoop whoop.

Suicidal Alpaca's?

So I'm still with my dad, and I'm still having a great time.

Last Sunday we had a dinner for Fathers Day, my Grandma's birthday, and my graduation. My dad was anxious to give my grandma and grandpa their combined gift, which was a new T.V. that he was hoping would replace their old-fahioned big screen. We went to Carino's and it was a pretty nice dinner, but I think that since my dad and Rosalie were on the end of the table with a tired Hunter and a disobedient Mattie they felt kinda blah. All there was my Aunt Tracie, my Uncle Chris, cousin Tristen, Bobby, Grandma, Grandpa, and the other 5 of us previously mentioned. I had bowtie pasta with alfredo =]

On Tuesday for whatever reason, I was to be alone after my doctors appointment until 3:30, which I didn't mind, but it made me realize how big my fear of bugs is. Otherwise known as Entomophobia. I was walking back from the kitchen to the living room with my tea, and I saw a spider on the wall. I've never liked bugs, to I went up to it with a tissue. Since it got bigger as I went up to it, I decided to just use a newspaper, like you would with a dog. But when I went back with the newspaper, it seemed to have gotten bigger, and it jumped. I then spent the next two and a half hours looking around for it and freaking out when something unexpected touched my foot or arm. Like the bottom of my pants or my sleeve.

Also, my grandma is on a plane right now, with my Aunt Tracie. For my Grandma's birthday, my Aunt is taking her to New York for a week. My grandparents lived there when they first got married, so it's something that she'll enjoy. I really, REALLY want one of those cheesy "I <3 N Y" T-shirts.

Been a while.

Ok, so, it's been what? 3 weeks? Sorry, I'll catch up now.

Formal. (May 16) It was great. I got there and everyone was really excited to see me in a dress. I got there a little late but I wasn't the only one to get there at that time so it wasn't awkward or anything. My friends and I kinda goofed around and after a bit we took our picture. There was alot of us in our group, so we were a little crowded. Everyone in the picture was with Vanessa and Steven, Victoria and JJ, Brandon and I as couples and then Morgyn, Bailey, Alex, and Rei as the ones just kinda crammed in, but we made it all work. We danced to the "Cha Cha Slide" and I screwed up when he said "Take it back." I jumped.
At around 9:30 I went up to JJ and was excited about the 'slow'-ish song that was on. It was Keith Urban's Tonight I Wanna Cry, and it's my favorite. Then JJ told me to go ask Brandon to dance but I don't think that that's something girls do so he went over to Brandon and told him to ask me. It was great, and he got a great big hug for it. But, the best part is about 2 minutes into the dance when the lights went out. Yeah. There was a power outage in that neighborhood and the first thing I did was grab onto Brandons shirt. I then figured that I should go get my things, and since he was holding my phone he handed it to me for light. It was crazy, I couldn't see anything.
When we all got outside Victoria's mom went to pick us up, and we spent a good 15 minutes trying to fit Megan, Rei, Jerad, Bailey, JJ, Victoria, Brandon, Morgyn and I, along with Victoria's mom and little sister (who was in a car seat) into one car with room equivalent to the amount of a compact Suzuki. That's when a policeman went over and said that some of us would have to be dropped off and then she would have to make a second trip to get the rest of us. So Victoria's mom took Megan, Rei, Bailey, Morgyn and Tori a few miles away, and the other four of us stayed behind. Then when we were picked back up we went to go get the girls and we ended up with Rei in the passengers feet area, Megan in the middle of the front seat, Jerad, JJ, and Brandon (all above 6 feet tall) in a row in the back seat, Bailey on Jerad's lap, Victoria in the feet area in front of JJ, me in Brandon's lap, and Morgyn laying across us in the back seat. It was a great car ride. When we got to iHop, since we took so long, there were people already there and when they saw us all get out of the car through the window their jaws dropped.

The last two weeks of school were almost completely uneventful except for me getting an award from Mrs. Brooks (insert smiley face here) for Best Student. I was really proud of myself, and the next day a few of my teachers congratulated me for it. The last day of school (May 29) was really fun also. All of my class periods were only about half an hour long but they were all memorable.

Last Wednesday (June 3) I had my surgery, which is why I didn't get to this through summer break until now. I had all four of my wisdon teeth removed. It felt really weird when the anesthesia first started getting to me. I got home around noon, and went straight to bed and didn't wake up until five that evening. At around seven I was gonna go back to sleep but my Dad had gone up to visit me. I really liked the card he got me, I'll make a blog about it in two weeks when I get back home. I didn't really do anything other than sleep until today.
I had my follow-up appointment earlier and he said that I was healing really well, and that it was much faster than he had anticipated so he's pleased with it.
Also, when I opened my mouth for him to check, he said, "Wow! You're opening up really wide for such a short period of time! That's really good." Hehe.

Soo...

She decided to stay with him.

She decided to give him a chance.

He decided to go to rehab.

I decided I'm not going to ever really forgive him.

I decided that I'm only putting up with him for my mom.

Formal is this Saturday... I have a date now.
Brandon =]

I can't wait.
